IDX Property Search

IDX is available to agents and brokers who are paying members in good standing with their MLS.
IDX differs from the farmable search available from your MLS because it contains lead capture. Since 90% of all website traffic to an agent or broker site is there to search for property, this is the most important real estate website element. For every 500 visitors, most agents and brokers get about 10 leads which usually converts into 1 sale.
